Grape Variety: Organically grown Moschofilero grapes 100%
Vineyards: Mantinia (650m altitude), Central Peloponnese, Greece
Harvesting: Hand-picked in early October
Vinification / Maturation: Controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 16˚C. Short ageing over fine lees.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Aging potential: 2-3 years
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Eyes: Light yellow-green.
Nose: Elegant floral aromas with lemon, citrus and notes of rose petals.
Palate: Exceptional balance of aromas and refreshing acidity lead to a lingering aromatic aftertaste with a crisp finish.
Food Pairing: This wine can accompany seafood and shellfish, as well as seafood pastas. It may also be served with light meals and fresh salads. Best served at 8-10° C.
